On-demand Classes

Choose a pack or membership then head to book now to choose your class time. There are available slots every 15 minutes and you have the slot for 1 hour.

If you would like to book the same time slot with multiple friends please contact us and we can manually book this in for you.

You will receive a separate email on how to access the studio and any issues just ring the doorbell when you arrive. The screens have an induction you can watch, however if you would prefer an in-person induction please contact us and that can be arranged

Once you arrive at the studio you can choose any available Reformer machine (unless your booking specifically says ‘downstairs studio’) and access a library of Reformer classes on your individual screen. Connect your own bluetooth headphones or use the ones provided and move at your own pace.
